These metal umbilical cord clamp clippers are designed to safely and effectively remove a plastic umbilical cord clamp once the stump has dried. Each metal clipper is 5.5" long and are floor-grade quality. Although designed by the manufacturer to be disposable, practitioners have found that they can be autoclaved or cold sterilized in order to make them reusable.
