Purchase Orders
Cascade accepts POs from hospitals, universities, and government organizations only. Purchase orders can be submitted via email to support@cascadehealth.com or faxed to (503) 595-1726. All other customers are asked to complete orders online or via phone.

Doppler Support & Repairs
If you are having technical issues with a doppler, please send us an email with the date of purchase, serial number, and description of the issue. Each doppler we carry is backed by a manufacturer warranty. If your doppler is still covered by warranty we will provide instructions on how to get a repair or replacement.

Custom Birth Kits
Are you a midwife interested in creating a custom birth kit? Simply create an account, add the items to a Wish List, then email support@cascadehealth.com to let us know what quantities of each you require. We will add your kit to our website so your clients can easily find exactly what they need.

Will Call 
We do not have a physical retail location, however, online orders may be picked up at our warehouse located at 809 SE Sherman St, Portland, OR 97214. Select "Will Call" from the shipping method options at checkout. You will be notified once your order is ready.
