Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Domestic and International shipping prices are provided during check out. International shipments do not include customs fees or VAT and you may be charged these by your local customs department. Transit times are based on when your order ships, not when it is placed. We aim to process orders within two business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order has been fulfilled. If an item is unavailable or delayed we will email you with the estimated ship date.

USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground do not guarantee transit times. Next Day Air orders shipped on Friday will be delivered on Monday. UPS does not deliver to PO boxes. Due to Covid-19, UPS has suspended their Service Guarantee until further notice. USPS Priority and First Class package delivery timeframes have been extended by 1 business day. USPS Priority Express for overnight delivery has not been impacted.

Please note that once your order leaves our warehouse it is up to the postal service to fulfill your order in a timely manner. If your item has shipped and you have not received it yet, please check the tracking number for its current status. In the event that it does not arrive in a timely manner, please first contact the carrier then email us at support@cascadehealth.com.

 

Returns

Cascade has a 30-day return policy which applies to unused merchandise returned in new, resalable condition only. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. All items must be returned with the manufacturer packaging and properly packaged in a shipping box or envelope in order to prevent damage during transit. Items received in damaged condition due to improper packaging will not receive credit. Cascade is not responsible for return package insurance. Items listed as "non-stock" or "special order" are subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%. Return refunds are issued for the original price of the item. We are not able to provide refunds for any of the original shipping costs paid by the customer. The following items cannot be returned:

  • Birth Kits

  • Disposable Birth Items

  • Bulk Herbs

  • Hemoglobin Meters and Accessories (if opened) 

To request a return, log into your account, find the order, and submit a return request. If you do not have access to your account please email the reason for the return along with your order number to support@cascadehealth.com 

The Cascade warehouse team takes pride in preparing your order accurately. Errors with orders are exceptionally rare, however, in the event that we do make an error on your order please let us know and we will be happy to handle any replacement costs.

Defective products must be reported to us within 30 days. In the event a package arrives damaged, please first contact the courier who delivered the package and report the damage. Once damages have been properly reported to the courier, please notify us.
