Teaching cervical effacement and dilation is easy with these five models that represent the progression of effacement and dilation at 1 cm, 3 cm, 5 cm, 8 cm, and 10 cm. In addition to a cervical opening, each model features an open-ended back through which a Fetal Model (not included) can be placed to simulate the descent of the fetus.
