BD Filter Needles are designed for ampoule medication preparation. These Filter Needles are sold without syringes. They reduce particulates larger than 5 microns when aspirating, reconstituting and transferring fluids, or when withdrawing medication from glass reservoirs. These needles are sterile and single-use. They have a blunt tip which is not to be used for skin injection.
